Who We Are

At Eclectic Cakes, we believe cake should do more than look good on a table — it should tell a story, spark conversation, and bring people together. We aren’t tied to birthdays, anniversaries, or the commercial calendar.

We bake for something deeper: the joy of gathering, the beauty of tradition, and the simple delight of sharing food made clean and right.

The Story Behind the Name

Why “Eclectic”?

Because we don’t believe in boring.

We fuse culinary techniques, cultural inspirations, and a dash of playful rebellion into our cakes. One day it’s pomegranate and citrus, the next it’s spiced carob with a velvet finish.

Always unexpected. Always memorable.

We joke that we’re the Willy Wonka of Biblically Clean cuisine —both savory and sweet — experimental, joyful, a little mischievous — but with the polish and craftsmanship that comes from years of experience in the kitchen.

Our Chef

Chef Sabrina’s culinary story began in 2010, honing French techniques in esteemed fine-dining kitchens before carving out her own globally-inspired path. In 2014, she dove into baking—self-taught, fearless, and driven by a love for balancing both sweet and savory flavors.

When she adopted a scripture-based lifestyle, she didn’t scale back—she reinvented. No shortcuts. Just thoughtful ingredients like agar agar and plant-based alternatives.

It’s her way of saying: faith and flavor don’t cancel each other out—they elevate one another.

From savory pans to piping bags, her journey is rooted in passion and conviction—not pedigree. Every cake that leaves her kitchen is elevated, playful, and meticulously clean; a dessert that delights both the palate and the principles behind it.
